Property Condition Reports

Brandiwine Consultants offers a variety of services to ensure that your Real Estate needs are not only met, but exceeded. We offer an initial observation and assessment report that will include 15 exterior and 15 interior photos of the property. During the listing period, whether the property is vacant or occupied, should be monitored periodically until closing day.

Once we have completed our check list, you will be sent a summary report along with pictures for verification purposes and peace of mind. Please note, we are not licensed inspectors nor do we claim to be. We offer this service to ensure the property remains in good marketing condition.
