Scheduling & Billing
Pricing & Service: The price and service options are based on the industries standard rates. Included in price: Travel time/expense, merchant/membership fees, administrative, marketing, research, skill-set, and technical tools to get the job done. Property Access: All services are final. For any reason Brandiwine Consultants, cannot gain access to the property due to (wrong/invalid gate, shackle, lock box codes), full service fee shall still apply. Rescheduling: You have up to 30 days to reschedule the same service, and the original fee charged will be applied. Cancellations: For cancellations, we require a 24 hour notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 convenience fee. Refunds: Refunds will be returned within 5 to 7 business days of cancellation. Scheduling \| Billing\| Payments: All service requests MUST be made 24hrs in advance for proper scheduling purposes. All services are secured by credit card, services are paid in advance online, through Paypal or over the phone with a credit card, via Zelle or Vinmo. Recurring Services: Your credit card will be charged at the first of every month. Your information is confidential and is (never shared with 3rd parties). (Emergency) Same Day Service: If we are able to meet your request, an additional $30 convenience fee will be added to the original service fee.

Brandiwine Consultants, and its affiliates do hereby take proper security measures to prevent accidental disclosure. Brandiwine Consultants, and affiliates work on behalf of only (you), the customer. Brandiwine Consultants and its affiliates will do his or her best effort to fulfill their job requirements following both the nondisclosure terms mentioned above. Liability Disclaimer: Brandiwine Consultants, does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may participate in our “real estate support services”. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability and the consequences thereof, as well as those now disclosed and known to exist. The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages which are known or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived.
